Our High school athletes returned home last Saturday from the "BIG 8" tournament in Nosso Recanto, where we competed against some of the best teams in Brazil.

The teams had a wonderful tournament, winning trophies in all sports, boys' and girls' basketball, boys' and girls' soccer.

ASA won the general trophy of the "BIG 8" tournament for the sixth consecutive year.

Congratulations to all the teams and their coaches for the great performance!

• Varsity Girls Basketball: 1st place- Trained by Francisco Yugovich and Melina Pérez.

• Varsity Boys Basketball: 1st place- Trained by Daniel Espínola.

• Varsity Girls Soccer: 1st place - Trained by Gwinyai Jambga and Liz Villasanti.

• Varsity Boys Soccer: 3rd place - Trained by Hugo Cáceres.

Nuestros atletas de secundaria volvieron a casa el sábado pasado del torneo "BIG 8" en Nosso Recanto, donde competimos contra algunos de los mejores equipos de Brasil.

Los equipos tuvieron un torneo maravilloso, obteniendo trofeos en todos los deportes, básquet masculino y femenino, fútbol masculino y femenino.

ASA ganó el trofeo general del torneo "BIG 8" por sexto año consecutivo.

¡Felicitaciones a todos los equipos y sus entrenadores por la gran actuación!
