Semana del Folklore 2021
El 12 de octubre se conmemora el Día de la Hispanidad, el encuentro o colisión de dos mundos, el inicio de mestizajes sanguíneos, lingüísticos, culturales, de cosmovisiones… Sin dudas, más allá de los tumultuosos análisis y síntesis interpretativas, ha sido un acontecimiento crucial en la historia de la humanidad. Hoy se nos invita a reflexionar al respecto, revisar aquello que no debe ser repetido, purificar lo que deba ser ennoblecido, y valorar la feracidad de tan magno acontecimiento. Nuestras raíces culturales se anudan con este episodio, mientras que nuestra recapitulación se abre al futuro con realismo y esperanza.
Y justo la semana en que se conmemora la Hispanidad nos encuentra en la conmemoración jubilosa en Primaria no de un Día del Folklore (Tavarandu Ára), sino de una Semana del Folklore. Una propicia semana para valorar distintas expresiones del folklore paraguayo: la música y el arte, el conocimiento de la naturaleza (del valor curativo de las plantas medicinales y de los cursos de las aguas, por ejemplo), las deliciosas (y para nada sanas) comidas típicas, la vestimenta… que hablan de ciertos modos de ser y de vivir. Todas expresiones que manan de la fuente de la sabiduría popular, que nos enorgullecen, nos identifican y nos alegran.
En esta semana de conmemoración se llevaron adelante danzas de cada grado, divididos en sus correspondientes secciones. El público estuvo animado por estudiantes de algunas clases que vinieron a disfrutar de las danzas. Al final de cada sesión de baile, se entregó a cada estudiante una merienda suministrada por nuestro vibrante PTA. Elogiamos la gestión de la coordinadora de este acto cultural, dividido en 15 sesiones, la Mbo’ehára Irene Segovia, la ornamentación de los pasillos de Primaria a cargo de sus maestras, y el apoyo de compañeros de Mantenimiento y Tecnología. Más adelante recibirán los enlaces para los vídeos de las danzas folklóricas de nuestros estudiantes. Llegados a este punto, conviene recordar que el Tavarandu Ára se conmemoró en Escuela Media y Superior alrededor de la fecha en que se celebra (22 de agosto) en las aulas de Guaraní, por medio un abordaje académico y cultural de dicho fenómeno.

Folklore week 2021
On October 12, Hispanic Day is commemorated, the meeting or collision of two worlds, the beginning of “mestizaje” in blood, linguistic, cultural crossbreeds, of worldviews ... Without a doubt, beyond the tumultuous interpretative analysis and synthesis, it has been an event crucial in the history of mankind. Today we are invited to reflect on this, review what should not be repeated, purify what should be ennobled, and value the fertility of such a great event. Our cultural roots are tied to this episode, while our recapitulation opens to the future with realism and hope.
And just the week in which Hispanidad is commemorated finds us in the jubilant commemoration in Primary not of a Folklore Day (Tavarandu Ára), but of a Folklore Week. An auspicious week to appreciate different expressions of Paraguayan folklore: music and art, knowledge of nature (of the curative value of medicinal plants and water courses, for example), the delicious (and not at all healthy) typical foods, clothing ... that speak of certain ways of being and living. All expressions that spring from the source of popular wisdom, that make us proud, identify us and make us happy.
In this commemoration week, dances of each grade were carried out, divided into their corresponding sections. The audience was encouraged by students from some classes who came to enjoy the dances. At the end of each dance session, each student was given a snack provided by our vibrant PTA. We praise the management of the coordinator of this cultural event, divided into 15 sessions, the Mbo’ehára Irene Segovia, the ornamentation of the Primary corridors by her teachers, and the support of colleagues from Maintenance and Technology. Later you will receive the links to the videos of the folk dances of our students. We thank Mr. Fernando Fleitas for his management of this line, as well as for the photographs that illustrate these lines.
At this point, it should be remembered that the Tavarandu Ára was commemorated in the Middle and Higher School around the date it is celebrated (August 22) in the classrooms of Guaraní, through an academic and cultural approach to this phenomenon.
